One Monday morning Katya, Vika and Zhanna, three teenage school girls from Moscow's suburbs, learn that there will be a disco at their school on Saturday. The girls start feverishly preparing for the event. But Katya is rude to a teacher and the disco might be cancelled. The girls try to resolve their issues with their parents, their teachers, and even each other. Once the dust of the disco has settled, they are no longer friends, but they are also no longer who they were before.
